George Waters, President and Owner
George Waters Jr. has owned and operated Waters Vacuum Truck Service for 33 years. With over 38 years of experience in the vacuum truck and excavation industries, George is certified in Confined Space Entry, National Association Waste Transporter tank inspector certification, CPR and First Aid, underground storage tank installer/remover and in re-use of dewatered septic and grease material as a soil amendment.
He wrote the original Confined Space Plan for the City of Reno Fire Department. George is a certified Nevada State Contractor (#26228) and California State Contractor (#646972). In addition to overseeing the daily operations and finances, George maintains his Class A Commercial Driver’s license with hazardous and tanker endorsements.
Under George’s licenses, Waters Vacuum Truck Service is State of Nevada Department of Public Works Division approved to bid projects up to $1,500,000.00 and State of Nevada Department of Transportation approved to bid projects up to $2,324,000.00.
George is a founding Member and Owner of Full Circle Biofuels, and Carico Farms, sister companies to Waters Vacuum Truck Service, that produces biofuel and soil amendment from effluent and used grease. George enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid hunter and has his Nevada Sub-Guide License.
