Shanlee Waters, Owner
Shanlee, along with her husband, George Waters, owns and operates Waters Vacuum Truck Service. At Waters Vacuum Truck Service, Shanlee is responsible for the company’s payroll, human resources, DOT compliance, Drug and Alcohol testing and programs, insurance, and financial and strategic analysis and planning.
In addition to her work at Waters Vacuum Truck Service, Shanlee is also on the Board of Directors for the Give Hope Foundation, a volunteer non-profit that assists local families that have a child with a catastrophic illness. She also volunteers 15-20 hours per week serving as the charity’s Family Navigator.
Prior to her involvement with Waters Vacuum Truck Service, Shanlee was the Director of Leisure Sales at the Reno Hilton and Bally’s for thirteen years. Preceding that she worked at the Peppermill as Tour and Travel Manager. Shanlee also worked for the City of Reno, as the Special Events Coordinator.
